21th August, Final Day

At Sunday we were all aware that it would be our last day with the group. So you could expect a sad atmosphere. But like last year we went to the lake "Tegeler See" to have a dragon boat tour. This event is always so funny that there is no time for sadness.

Afterwards the president of the Sportjugend did some perfect steaks and sausages. So we had enough energy to present our working group results to him.

The final evening was a mixture of tears and laughter. Most of us used the night for long talks. Two delegations have become one group in the end. The German-Israeli-Youth-Exchange succeeded in building a bridge between two nations.
